Well behaved dogs are welcome in the Challacombe, Swincombe, Moles Chamber, Ilkerton and Kipscombe rooms.
One dog is accommodated at no charge, for two dogs in the bedroom there is a one off charge of £8.
A 25% non returnable deposit of the bed and breakfast value is required to confirm your booking, cheques should be made payable to Twitchen Farm. If no deposit is received within 7 days of making the booking we will cancel the reservation.
Arrival time is normally between 5pm and 7pm, but you are welcome to arrive at any time with prior notice. Departure is normally by 11am but again this can be varied by prior arrangement.
Please let us know if you have any specific dietary requirements.
To avoid any misunderstanding we would remind you that a verbal or written reservation constitutes a legal contract. In the event of a cancellation, both parties should endeavour to re-let the accommodation.
Should neither party succeed, then the person making the reservation is legally liable to pay two thirds of the total value of the booking. We advise you to consider taking out holiday insurance.
We ask guests not to smoke anywhere indoors.
